Android will ask to allow installs from this browser or file source. Turn that permission on, then return and tap Install.
Turn off Google Play Protect scanning so Android does not block the SSN APK.
Grant notification and SMS access so SSN can work. For SMS on a sideloaded APK, allow restricted settings first.
Via Privacy dashboard: Settings → Privacy → Permission manager → SMS → select SSN → Allow.
